Information you choose to provide
When you use a contact, group-inquiry or job-application form, we collect the fields you submit. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, event details, availability, work experience, message and an uploaded resume.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to questions, evaluate group requests, review job applications, deliver form notifications, prevent abuse and maintain basic records of communication. We do not sell form submissions.
Applicant files
The managed job form accepts only PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 5 MB. A validated file is held temporarily for email attachment and deleted from the web server immediately after mail handoff. It is not added to the public WordPress Media Library. Historical applications submitted through the former Forminator form are handled separately during migration and cleanup.
Spam prevention and security
Forms use a honeypot, minimum-completion time, signed form data, duplicate detection, link and content limits, privacy-preserving rate limits and, when configured, Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA may send device and interaction data to Google under Google’s own privacy terms.
Website and analytics data
The site and its hosting providers may process routine technical information such as request time, browser type, requested URL and security events. If Google Site Kit or another analytics tool remains enabled, that provider may set cookies or process usage data according to its configuration and privacy terms.
Online orders and outside services
Online ordering is provided by Toast. Directions open in Google Maps, and social links open Instagram or Facebook. Information submitted to those services is governed by their respective privacy policies, not this one.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry and application records only as long as reasonably needed for review, follow-up, legal obligations and security. The business owner must approve a written retention schedule before any automated deletion policy is enabled. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us using the details below. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect the site.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a web form and contact the restaurant directly instead. Avoid sending Social Security numbers, banking details, medical records or other sensitive identifiers through the website.
